Vapor phase methods include electrochemical vapor deposition, physical vapor deposition, vacuum sputtering gas phase, etc. This method has high production costs and is mostly used to prepare high-end all-solid-state batteries; wet processes include positive electrode support film formation and skeleton support film formation. As well as mold support film formation, the wet method has high technology maturity and is suitable for large-scale production, but it is easy to cause environmental pollution; the dry method has the advantages of low production cost, environmental protection, and good product performance, and is expected to become the mainstream film-forming process for solid electrolytes.
