UC-2210 resin is a polycarbonate-modified polyurethane dispersion. The product has good chemical resistance and outstanding water resistance. It has good adhesion to difficult-to-adhere nylon substrates, good flexibility, and excellent weather resistance.
Application
Good flexibility and good adhesion with metal, nylon, ABS, PC and other plastics. Used for automotive repair paint for large vehicles, industrial metal paint, one-component baking paint, two-component paint, etc.

Craftsmanship
1. Put 1. into a clean jar, slowly add parts 2 and 3, and stir evenly at low speed
2. Add 5. deionized water and stir evenly
3. Use 6 parts to adjust the pH to 7.5-8.5
4. Add part 7 and stir for 30 minutes
5. Add part 4 and mix well
6. If submitted for inspection, filtered and packaged.
Notes
1. When preparing the paint liquid, be sure to stir the cross-linking agent and the paint liquid evenly first, then add deionized water, stir well, and leave it for 10 minutes before use
2. When baking, please bake at a low temperature of 60-80°C for 3-5 minutes, and then bake at a high temperature to prevent bubbles from being generated by the intense reaction
3. Please prepare the paint for immediate use and do not leave it overnight. Unused paint cannot be poured into the original paint bucket
