Cosmonate M-200 is a polymeric MDI commonly used in the manufacture of hard Rigid and semi-rigid polyurethane foam. Cosmonate M-200 liquefies at room temperature and is easy to handle and store in containers at -20°C. It is in solvent-free form with an average organic functionality of 2.7 and a maximum of 125 cp (25°C), with monomeric MDI and dimers, trimers and tetramers of 4,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate The above oligomers are mixed.
