On December 18, Shenzhen Guanghua Weiye Co., Ltd. and Hengtian Fiber Group Co., Ltd. signed an "Equity Transaction Contract" for the 51.265% equity and related debt projects of Hengtian Yangtze Biomaterials Co., Ltd. Transaction amount is RMB 52,245,332.52 yuan (of which the price of 51.265% equity is 0.0001 yuan, and the price of the underlying corporate debt is 52,245,331.52 million yuan).

After this purchase, Hengtian Changjiang Biomaterials Co., Ltd. will become a holding subsidiary of Shenzhen Guanghua Weiye Co., Ltd.

The melt-prepared two-component sheath-core structure short fiber process technology has greatly reduced production costs; a 10,000-ton continuous polymerization melt direct spinning bi-component polylactic acid fiber production line and a 1,000-ton PLA short fiber nonwoven production line have been built. It has realized the application of polylactic acid products in high value-added fields such as clothing, hygiene materials, and personal protection, created a high-quality polylactic acid fiber manufacturing technology innovation system, and established a full industry chain demonstration project.
