Difenoconazole
Common name: difenoconazole, difenoconazole
Other names: Cisco, Shigao
Chemical name: cis, trans-3-chloro-4-[4-methyl-2-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-ylmethyl)-1,3-dipentane -2-yl)phenyl 4-chlorophenyl ether (cis, inverse ratio is about 45:55)
Dosage form: 3% suspended seed coating, 10% water-dispersible granules, 25% emulsifiable concentrate
Mode of action: systemic bactericidal, protective and therapeutic effect.
Control targets: Broad bactericidal spectrum, foliage treatment or seed treatment can increase crop yield and ensure quality. For Ascomycetes and Basidiomycetes, including Alternaria, Aschospora, Cercospora, Erythrosporium, Coccidioides, Phytophthora, Cylindrospora, Septoria, For semi-infectious diseases including Black Star, the powdery mildew fungi, Pucciniales and some species-borne pathogens have long-lasting protective and therapeutic effects. It is also very effective against grape anthracnose and white rot.
Mechanism of action: Difenoconazole has protective, therapeutic and systemic activities. It is a sterol demethylation inhibitor, inhibits the biosynthesis of cell wall sterols and prevents the growth of fungi. With broad bactericidal spectrum, foliar treatment or seed treatment can increase crop yield and ensure quality.
Application: Suitable crops and safety tomatoes, sugar beets, bananas, cereal crops, rice, soybeans, horticultural crops and various vegetables, etc. When treating stems and leaves of wheat and barley (wheat plant height 24~1050px) , sometimes the leaves will change color, but it will not affect the yield.
Control targets: Ascomycota, Basidiomycotina and species including Alternaria, Dispora, Cercospora, Acanthosporium, Sclerotium, Phytophthora, and Cylindrospora It has long-lasting protective and therapeutic activity against deuterobacteria including genus, Septoria and Scab, powdery mildew fungi, Pucciniales and certain species-borne pathogens. It also has long-lasting protective and therapeutic activity against sugar beet brown spot and wheat scape Diseases, leaf blight, rust and mildew caused by several pathogenic bacteria, apple scab, powdery mildew, grape powdery mildew, potato early blight, peanut leaf spot, net spot, etc. are all well treated Effect.
Application technology:
(1) Difenoconazole should not be mixed with copper preparations. Because steel preparations can reduce its bactericidal ability, if it is really necessary to use it with copper preparations, the amount of difenoconazole should be increased by more than 10%. Although difenoconazole is systemic and can be delivered to the whole body of the plant through the conductive tissue, in order to ensure the control effect, sufficient water consumption must be used during spraying, and the entire fruit tree is required to be sprayed evenly.
(2) The spray volume of watermelon, strawberry and pepper is 50L per acre. The spray volume of fruit trees can be determined according to the size of the fruit tree. Large fruit trees have a higher spray volume and small fruit trees have the lowest spray volume. Pesticide application should be carried out in the morning and evening when the temperature is low and there is no wind. Pesticide application should be stopped when the relative air humidity is lower than 65% on a sunny day, the temperature is higher than 28°C, and the wind speed is greater than 5m per second.
(3) Although difenoconazole has dual protective and therapeutic effects, in order to minimize the losses caused by the disease, its protective effect should be fully exerted. Therefore, the application time should be announced sooner rather than later, and spraying should be carried out at the early stage of the disease. Medicine works best.
How to use:
Mainly used as foliar treatment agent and seed treatment agent. Among them, 10% difenoconazole water-dispersible granules are mainly used to treat stems and leaves, and the dosage is 30-125g (a.i)/hm2. The application of 10% difenoconazole water-dispersible granules is mainly used to control pear black. Star disease, apple spotted leaf disease, tomato drought blight, watermelon vine blight, pepper anthracnose, strawberry powdery mildew, grape anthracnose, black scab, citrus scab, etc.
①Pear scab
In the early stage of the disease, use 10% water-dispersed granules 6000-7000 times liquid, or add 14.3-16.6g of preparation per 100 L of water (effective concentration 14.3-16.6mg/L). When the disease is severe, the concentration can be increased. It is recommended to use 3000-5000 times of solution or 20-33g of preparation per 100 L of water (effective concentration 20-33 mg/L), and spray 2-3 times continuously at intervals of 7-14 days.
② Apple spotted leaf disease
In the early stage of the disease, use 2500-3000 times the solution or add 33-40g of the preparation per 100L water (effective concentration 33-40mg/L). When the disease is severe, use 1500-2000 times the solution or add 50-66.7g of the preparation per 100L water (effective concentration 33-40mg/L). Effective concentration: 50-66.7 mg/L), spray 2-3 times continuously at intervals of 7-14 days.
③ Grape anthracnose and black pox
Use 1500 to 2000 times of solution or add 50 to 66.7g of preparation in water per 100L (effective concentration 50 to 66.7mg/L).
④ Citrus scab
Spray with 2000-2500 times of solution or 40-50g of preparation per 100L of water (effective concentration 40-50mg/L).
⑤ Watermelon vine blight
Use 50-80g of preparation per mu (5-8g of active ingredient).
⑥ Strawberry powdery mildew
Use 20-40g of preparation per mu (2-4g of active ingredient).
⑦ Tomato early blight
In the early stage of the disease, use 800 to 1200 times of flow or add 83 to 125g of preparation per 100L of water (effective concentration 83 to 125mg/L), or 4.0 to 60g of preparation per mu (4 to 6g of active ingredient).
⑧ Anthracnose of pepper
In the early stage of the disease, use 800-1200 times of solution or 83-125g of preparation per 100L of water (effective concentration 83-125mg/L), or 40-60g of preparation per acre (4-6g of active ingredient)
