According to the provisions of the Anti-dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China, on November 30, 2022, the Ministry of Commerce issued Announcement No. 35 of 2022, deciding to initiate an anti-dumping investigation into imported polycarbonate originating in Taiwan.

In view of the complexity of this case, in accordance with Article 26 of the Anti-dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Commerce decided to extend the investigation period of this case to May 29, 2024.
