Careful work and exploration have been carried out in terms of its properties; the Hubei Provincial Institute of Chemistry has developed a new gel-like water-based anti-rust grinding fluid with high suspension and high dispersion capabilities. Its outstanding feature is that it can handle large particle sizes (W40-50) The abrasive has excellent suspension and dispersion capabilities, and the suspension rate can be maintained above 80% for 24 hours, but its oxidation stability needs to be improved.

In 2021, the domestic abrasive paste market will achieve substantial growth, with the market size exceeding 150 million yuan.
From the perspective of the number of enterprises, the number of enterprises in my country’s abrasive paste industry is relatively large, and the industry concentration is low; from the perspective of enterprise types, domestic large-scale abrasive paste enterprises are dominated by joint ventures or wholly foreign-owned enterprises. Typical enterprises such as Zhengzhou Abrasives and Grinding Tools Cutting Research Institute Co., Ltd., Beijing Guorui Sheng Technology Co., Ltd., etc.; from the perspective of technology and technology, although domestic production technology has been greatly improved, there is still a large gap with developed countries such as the United States and Japan, resulting in some domestic advanced Foreign technology is still used in formulas or production equipment; from a product perspective, domestic research on abrasive pastes mainly focuses on oil-based systems, while the advantages of water-based abrasive pastes are increasingly recognized.
Industrial researchers believe that in the future, the abrasive paste industry still has certain development potential, mainly reflected in the growing demand for high-end abrasive pastes . As my country transforms from a “manufacturing power” to a “manufacturing power”, the domestic manufacturing industry will further consolidate the advantages of traditional manufacturing through the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing, and gradually form and enhance advanced manufacturing capabilities through technological innovation.
