Overview[1]
Etridiazole, also known as geobendazole, chemical name: 5-ethoxy-3-trichloromethyl-1,2,4-thiadiazole, is an organic chemical used for soil treatment. Fungicide, yellow liquid, is a contact fungicide. It has a good killing effect on pathogenic fungi, bacteria, viruses and bacteroids on protected vegetables and various field crops, especially on residual pathogenic bacteria in the soil. It has a good contact killing effect. Solubility in water is 50 mg/L (25℃). Soluble in acetone and carbon tetrachloride. The dosage form is powder. It is extremely toxic to aquatic life and may have long-term adverse effects on the water environment.
Apply[3]
The preparation method of a fungicide for preventing and controlling cucumber downy mildew includes the following steps:
Step 1: Mix 3 parts by weight of myconazole, 2 parts of copper diacetonamine oxalate, 0.8 parts of potassium citrate, and 7 parts of ethanol, stir, and heat to 55°C under vacuum conditions. Then add 4 parts of chlorazolam, 2 parts of difenoconazole, 2.1 parts of tebuconazole and 0.8 parts of organic acid, continue stirring for 50 minutes, and lower to room temperature to obtain a mixture;
Step 2, in parts by weight, add the mixture to 7 parts of 8wt% β-cyclodextrin aqueous solution, stir at 55°C for 5h, cool to room temperature, continue stirring for 7h, cool to 3°C and let stand for 12h, filter with suction , wash the precipitate with water and dry to obtain the inclusion compound;
Step 3: Dissolve 0.8 parts of castor oil in 5 parts of ethanol in parts by weight, raise the temperature to 35°C, add 0.2 parts of ethyl acetate, 0.4 parts of glyceryl oleate, and 2-amino-2-methyl -0.3 parts of 1-propanol and 0.2 parts of emulsified silicone oil, stir for 40 minutes, add inclusion compound, disperse, and spray dry to obtain.
Wherein, the vacuum degree of the vacuum condition in step 1 is 0.09MPa; the stirring speed in step 2 is 500rpm, and the cooling speed is 8°C/min; the dispersion conditions in step 3 are 900rpm, 25min; the organic acid is alginic acid .
