In order to ensure that the project is completed as soon as possible, in line with the principle of "early planning, early preparation, and early arrangement", the project team of China Chemical Chengda Company, a central enterprise in Sichuan, combined with the experience of cold and frost protection in previous years, starting from prevention, all members of the project team made every effort to prepare equipment and facilities We have started the "cold and frost protection" defense work to ensure that production equipment and facilities survive the winter safely and stably, and prepare for the final sprint of the project.
In order to do a good job in overwintering the equipment, members of the on-site project team took it upon themselves to wrap and bundle the equipment and materials stored in the open-air warehouse. After nearly a week of hard work, nearly 4,000 square meters of equipment and materials in the warehouse have been protected.
The 36 rubber-lined filters already in place in the desalted water station and recycled water station have relatively high environmental temperature requirements for equipment storage. As an important member of the project team, Yang Kuixing of the Public Engineering Office has been conducting design work at the headquarters since the beginning of the project in 2022. This year, the focus of work has shifted to the site as the construction manager of public engineering installations. He is particularly attentive to the installations within his "jurisdiction". He leads the sealing and heating plan of the desalted water plant, actively coordinates the headquarters' HVAC and electrical departments to determine heat and electricity loads, tracks equipment procurement and purchase, and coordinates the sealing and wiring of construction units. . At present, the closure of nearly 4,600 square meters of factory buildings is almost completed. "Waiting" for the storm to come.
Although the project construction has currently pressed the "pause" button, the project team members still maintain their enthusiasm for work, actively carry out various tasks, protect the hard-won fruits of labor, and are ready to go and contribute to the "sprint" in the coming year. .
