Industry analysts said that after continuous development, there are currently black/color photoresist manufacturers in our country, and the representative companies mainly include Yongtai Technology, Yake Technology, Jiangsu Boyan, Shanghai Xinyang, etc. Among them, Yongtai Technology’s color photoresist has been verified by Huaxing Optoelectronics, Yak Technology has acquired LG Chem’s color photoresist business, and Jiangsu Boyan’s black photoresist has achieved mass production. In the future, the development focus of my country’s black/color photoresist industry will be to expand production capacity while improving product technology content and increasing domestic market share.
