Recently, good news came from the NMP organic solvent refining and recycling project of Jiangsu Yancheng Dafeng Ruihao Environmental Technology Co., Ltd.: with the installation of main equipment, storage tank production and installation, equipment workshop and tank area steel The completion of structural fabrication and installation, electrical instrument installation and commissioning and other nodes marks that the project has successfully entered the final stage of commissioning.
It is understood that the “NMP recycling” project of Jiangsu Ruihao Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. has a total investment of 2 billion yuan, an area of 103 acres, and an annual processing capacity of 300,000 tons of NMP organic solvents. The first phase of the project will officially start in March 2023, and the first phase will achieve an annual processing capacity of 65,000 tons of NMP organic solvents.
The early stage of the Dafeng Ruihao NMP project includes a large number of comprehensive matters such as design and planning, procurement of main and auxiliary materials, equipment manufacturing, process pipeline installation, and electrical instrument installation. Since the start of the project in May, the project team has overcome unfavorable factors such as poor construction conditions and imperfect supporting infrastructure in the new factory, carried out civilized construction in strict accordance with the division’s quality system and construction schedule, and strictly controlled every construction process. The project department regularly organizes special meetings on production safety, actively communicates and coordinates with owners on a regular basis, and works together to promote project progress.
After five months of hard work, the tasks at each stage of the project were finally successfully completed and the project was advanced to the commissioning stage. In the next step, the project department will fully cooperate with the owner and the construction party to complete the post-finishing work to ensure that the project successfully completes the trial operation and draws a perfect conclusion to the overall project.
