Evonik launches new LED UV-curable silicone products made from recycled raw materials to create more sustainable label release liners

● Innovative single-component separation solutions meet the industry’s demand for sustainable products

● TEGO® RC 2000 LCF is produced based on recycled silicone raw materials and can be cured using the LED UV curing process with lower energy consumption.

Evonik launches TEGO® RC 2000, the first product in the TEGO® RC release solution series
LCF. This new product is made from recycled silicone raw materials and can be cured using low-energy LED ultraviolet light (UV
LED) or traditional UV curing light sources for curing, thereby helping label manufacturers reduce their carbon footprint and meet market demand for sustainable products.

According to the FINAT RADAR 2023 report released by the European Self-Adhesive Label Industry Association, 81% of member units believe that the market demand for environmentally friendly label products is gradually increasing.
