Coscat® 83 is an organic bismuth compound catalyst specially developed for two-component polyurethane systems. Widely recommended for use in elastomer systems to reduce catalyst toxicity. Coscat® 83 catalyst effectively reduces toxicity and can effectively replace lead, mercury and other organometallic carboxylates and organotin catalysts without reducing performance.

Coscat® 83 catalyst can promote rapid cure of the system, however, in medium soft to medium hardness In the final stage of system curing, the curing speed will slow down, resulting in surface stickiness. Coscat® Z-22 can effectively reduce the surface stickiness problem caused by slowed reaction speed, thereby achieving a good final curing effect. We recommend a mixing ratio of Coscat® Z-22 to Coscat® 83 catalyst of 1:1 by weight.
