The preparation method of thidiazuron is as follows:
① Add 50.5g of the reactant 5-amino-1,2,3-thiadiazole (0.5mol) to 200ml of the solvent butanone while stirring, and continue stirring for about 10 minutes until 5-amino-1, 2,3-thiadiazole is completely dissolved.
②Add 64g of reactant phenyl isocyanate (0.53mol) and 0.5ml of catalyst triethylamine (0.003mol) into the solution, at a temperature of 60~65℃ Make a catalytic synthesis reaction of 5-amino-1,2,3-thiadiazole and phenyl isocyanate. The reaction time is 3h, then cool to 20℃, and stir for another 1h to react. Completely, 102g of the target product thidiazuron was obtained by filtration, and the mother liquor was recovered (dried and applied), the yield reached 92.7%, and the product purity reached 98.5%.
