INVISTA's nitrous oxide elimination technology can effectively reduce nitrous oxide (N2O) emissions during the production of adipic acid (AA). In the next few years, after the three adipic acid manufacturers gradually complete the deployment of this technology, they are expected to reduce emissions by approximately 30 million tons of carbon dioxide (CO2) equivalent (CO2e) per year.
