According to the Jiangmen City Ecological Environment Bureau, the “Jiangmen Sanmu Chemical Co., Ltd.’s reconstruction and expansion project with an annual output of 100,000 tons of synthetic resin series products” has recently completed the environmental impact assessment and is about to enter the project implementation stage.
According to the project plan, Jiangmen Sanmu Chemical will cancel the original alkyd and acrylic resin production lines in the plant and build a new 5,000 tons/year acrylic resin production line, a 10,000 tons/year alkyd resin production line, a 10,000 tons/year UV resin production line, Phenolic resin 75,000 tons/year production line.
Jiangmen Sanmu Chemical Co., Ltd. was established in 1998. The existing factory covers a total area of 207529m2 and is divided into three plots A, B and C. Among them, plots A and B are separated from Jiali Oil Factory, and plots B and C are separated from each other. connected. After several reconstructions and expansions, currently, Block A produces 70,000 tons/year of epoxy resin, Block B produces 10,000 tons/year of alkyd resin and 5,000 tons/year of acrylic resin, and Block C-2 produces water-based acrylic emulsion. 150,000 tons/year, and the C-1 plot produces 50,000 tons/year of epoxy resin (under construction).
At present, due to development needs, the company plans to cancel the existing alkyd resin and acrylic resin production lines in plot B, and demolish the existing acrylic resin workshop, low-yield product warehouse, barrel washing workshop, alkyd resin workshop, power distribution room 1, and temporary material shed , clean water pool, finished product warehouse, raw material warehouse, laboratory building, build acrylic resin 5,000 tons/year production line, alkyd resin 10,000 tons/year production line, UV resin 10,000 tons/year production line, phenolic resin 75,000 tons/year production line, A new synthetic resin workshop, auxiliary room, filling room, air compressor, nitrogen production, refrigeration machine room, laboratory building, control building, formaldehyde storage tank area, 1000m³/d circulating water station, barrel washing workshop, and tanks in plot C will be built in plot B. Area C-3 adds 8 storage tanks.
The total investment of the project is expected to be 183 million yuan, the annual output value is about 500 million yuan/year, and the average annual net profit is about 50 million yuan/year, which has good economic benefits.
