Properties and stability

Synthesis method
1. Take Asparagus (Aparagvs Lucidus Lindl) / 3 volumes, cool and let stand overnight. Collect the precipitates, add 2.0% hot water to the filtrate to hydrolyze for several hours, and then filter out the insoluble materials after cooling. Combine this insoluble matter with the previously collected precipitate, add 5% and heat for hydrolysis. The hydrolyzate is extracted with diethyl ether, and the diethyl ether is recovered to dryness, which is the sitosterol enrichment.
