Product Description:

Dabco TL Catalyst is a low odor, strong foaming tertiary amine catalyst that promotes early foam strength in flexible polyurethane block sponge formulations with a balanced reaction profile and reduced amine emissions. Dabco TL catalyst is used to obtain fine, uniform cell structures with a wide processing range.

Applications:

Dabco TL catalysts are recommended for flexible slabstock foams with MC foaming and are suitable for medium to high density, high resilient and slow resilient foams.

Use level – block foam systems

0.2-0.5 pphp Dabco Dabco Dabco TL catalyst is recommended.

Use level – molded foam systems

It is recommended to use 0.2-0.6 pphp Dabco Dabco TL catalyst in MDI systems and 0.1-0.4 pphp Dabco Dabco TL catalyst in TDI systems respectively.

Product Usage:

Dabco TL is a low-odor, strongly foaming tertiary amine catalyst that promotes reactions in a balanced manner;

The Dabco TL catalyst partially reacts in the polyurethane foam matrix, thus reducing VOC emissions and accelerating post-curing;

Dabco TL can be used as a primary catalyst in the production of water-blown flexible polyurethane block foams;

Dabco TL can be used in the production of flexible polyurethane slabstock foam where the line temperature will gradually increase.

Storage and Transportation:

Should be kept sealed and stored in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse

Packing:

200KG/drum Storage: it is recommended to store in dry and cool area with proper ventilation. Please fasten the packaging cover as soon as possible after the original packaging to prevent the mixing of other substances such as moisture and other substances that may affect the product performance. Store in a cool and dry place, keep the container sealed and avoid contact with oxides. Do not inhale dust and avoid contact with skin and mucous membranes. Smoking, eating and drinking are prohibited in the workplace. After work, shower and change clothes. Store contaminated clothing separately and wash before use. Maintain good hygiene practices. The company recommends that all polyurethane catalysts be stored in a dry, cool and properly ventilated area. All storage containers must be well sealed to avoid contact with water or other affected substances, which may alter the performance of the product in use. The storage temperature is 10°C to 30°C. Lower or higher temperatures are inappropriate and should be avoided if possible.
